"We were purchasing a brand new home. When the builder told us the house was finished, my father suggested we have a professional inspector do our final walk-through. We got Norm Clark to go with us. I am so grateful we made that decision because Norm found a list of 12 things that were incomplete or improper. He saw things we just didn't know to look for. The attic insulation was so poorly done that we would have had heating bills we couldn't have afforded to pay. The furnace was not vented properly and there was an electrical problem also.
